While psychic and shamanic abilities run in my family ancestry, my immediate family did not have this gift. Although they witnessed my premonitions coming true and for the most part believed me, they also had no idea how to deal with what I was experiencing or how to support me with it. It was a very lonely and isolating experience. There were things I witnessed as a child in terms of premonitions, one full apparition in front of other witnesses, a few hauntings, and a poltergeist event, which were often terrifying. They turned my concept of what i was taught about the nature of the universe inside out. There was enough evidence and numerous witnesses to these events that I could not escape the truth that what I sensed and experienced was real. I had to learn on my own how to protect myself as a sensitive, and how to cope and interact with the world as one. I don't want anyone else to have to go through that alone. There are ways to deal with psychic overload, learning to shield and filter your energy from other energies, and how to handle your extreme sensitivity in life and in dealing with others.

I offer Consultations for other Sensitives and parents of Sensitives to help them make sense of their experiences, learn to control, shield, filter and protect themselves from the volume of psychic and empathic information coming in, as well as to deal with entities that exist on the spiritual planes. There IS a way to integrate these abilities and have a deep peace, connection to Divine Source, feel protected and safe, and use them to help you live life in balance and to the fullest.
